The student agrees to assume all risk and waives any and all claims of liability for personal injury, death, psychological trauma, and/or other personal or financial loss.
FirearmsU Arrival and Attendance Policy
All students are required to present a valid Driver's License or State Issued ID when checking in for any FirearmsU course. All students are expected to arrive on time and fit to participate in training. Students are required to attend the entire course of instruction, therefor students arriving late will be turned away. Please arrive early to allow time for check-in. All students are expected to complete the live-fire session of the course within 90 days of completing the virtual portion of the course. The knowledge in the course is perishable, therefore those exceeding the 90 day live-fire session completion requirement will have to re-take all virtual content again to refresh their knowledge prior to scheduling the live-fire session.
FirearmsU Firearms/Ammunition/Equipment Policy
FirearmsU will provide firearms, eye protection, hearing protection, and ammunition for courses. Students are free to bring their own safety equipment for use during the live-fire portion of instructions. No firearms or ammunition are allowed in the classroom. Firearms and ammunition should be stored securely in your vehicle until instructed to bring them into the training facility. Students may bring their own firearm for use during live-fire training; however, the firearm should be unloaded (clear of ammunition) prior to entering the training facility. Firearms must be cased or holstered when entering the training facility. Students who bring a firearm must be familiar with the particular functions of their firearm. FirearmsU reserves the right to prohibit firearms it deems unsafe from the live-fire range. No reloaded ammunition of any kind will be used in FirearmsU training. Only American manufactured ammunition will be fired in FirearmsU training courses for the safety of all participants.
FirearmsU Virtual Training Solution Policy
All students registered for a Virtual Training Solution with FirearmsU agrees to provide a valid email address to be used for communicating URL information for the FirearmsU Learning Management System (LMS). The URL will be provided within 24 hours. Students agree to view all virtual instruction and content in its entirety and will notify FirearmsU immediately via email should they experience any LMS technical or content issues. Students acknowledge Live-Fire sessions will only be scheduled once all virtual content has been completed and verified by FirearmsU via the LMS. By registering for the virtual solution you agree to the Content Access time limits placed on the training. If you do not complete the online content within the established time frame your access will be terminated. If you require additional time, you agree to contact FirearmsU for an extension of the content access period. Failure to request an extension of content access could result in a loss of course progress, causing the student to retake all prior completed content.
FirearmsU Cancellations/Refunds/Transfers Policy
All course registrations/enrollments with FirearmsU are final. Cancellations will not be accepted for any reason. No refunds or transfer/credits will be issued for any reason. Students not able to train due to arriving late will not be refunded.
